Delivery Information
Nutmeg Beach is pleased to offer free postage within Australia. We charge a flat rate of $25 for international destinations. Once items have been paid for, they will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Please note purchases made on a weekend will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
Nutmeg Beach uses Australia Post Express Post services within Australia which allows us to track your purchase.
Delivery times within Australia are typically 2-3 working days but are dependant on your location and are given as a guideline only. International delivery times are 5-10 working days but are also dependent on location.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase so Nutmeg Beach will happily accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed products for a full refund or exchange for purchases made from our website within 14 days of the order date. Sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will credit your original method of payment. Proof of purchase is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned products. Please allow 14 days from the day you post for your account to be credited.

To be sure your item is received we suggest you use registered mail as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Unless your garments are faulty, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and we will not pay for the cost of sending the goods back to Nutmeg Beach.
We take great care and pride in our products so we hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occassion, this does occur please contact us at nutmegbeach@gmail.com to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product.
