Care Instructions and Size Guide

Our sun shirts are made of the highest quality UPF50+ Chlorine Resistant fabric.  To keep them looking amazing, always follow these care instructions;

  • Cold hand wash or gentle machine wash.
  • Do not soak.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not spin dry.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Line dry out of direct sunlight.
  • Avoid any rough surfaces such as pool edges or rough ground in general.
  • Do not pack or store when wet.
  • Remove any excess water and dry without delay.
  • Separate light colours from dark before washing.
  • Avoid excess contact with suntan lotions and harsh chemicals sometimes found in saunas, spas and pools.
  • Avoid excess contact with harsh chemicals such as deodorants, make-up or perfume.
  • White and pastel colours, and light weight garments may appear transparent when wet.
  • Although the best possible dyes are selected worldwide, the fastness of some shades must be treated with caution. Particular care should be taken with contrasting colours in the one garment.

Our swimshirt with reinforced bodice for extra support can feel firm.  If you prefer a looser fit you may like to go up to the next size.

Extra Length

Both of our t-shirt style swim shirts come in an extra length option with 11cm extra length if you prefer more coverage or have a taller than average frame. The extra length option in long sleeve also has an extra 8cm in the sleeve.  

The swim shirt with reinforced bodice also comes in an extra length option with 12cm extra length and an extra 10cm in the sleeve.
